“We wanted to drop you a line Ingrid following our recent visit to you. Poppy has moved on leaps and bounds with her behaviour and we are so delighted.
Just the following day on our normal evening walk we met a man with two dogs and we were able to stop and chat without one bark or growl. Since then we have used your techniques on just the odd occasion but it really has been fairly rarely. It’s now so much more pleasurable to be able to know we can meet other people and dogs without having to worry about what she is going to do.
