We contacted Ingrid after a particularly bad day with our 8 month old puppy Nala. Her behaviour whilst out on walks was becoming worse daily to the point we didn’t enjoy walking her, she would be fine and listen ok if it was just us with no distractions but as soon as she seen another dog or person would be off and turn completely deaf! Her worst habit was jumping up at people, not just jumping but bouncing around them, we couldn’t get hold of her and she would run off if we got near.
Ingrid saved the day with her easy to follow training techniques and with ALOT of hard work and commitment we now have a happy 10 month old puppy to be proud of. She walks beautifully on her lead, recalls perfectly every time, stays near us when off the lead and is much calmer not just out on walks but in the house too, so much better when meeting other dogs and people, she’s constantly looking to us for direction and instruction. We’ve had lots of compliments from people on how well behaved she is and we all now enjoy our walks out together! We loved our training sessions with Ingrid she was so professional, friendly, kind and patient. Highly recommended
