“We inherited a Lancashire Heeler, which was uncontrollable and Ingrid was a last resort. I thought he wasn’t going to make it as we seemed to be going nowhere with him, even with Ingrid. However, at the last moment he turned for the better and we can only thank Ingrid for her patience and persistence. We now have a little dog who is nice to have around”.
